- Attempt to interfere with multiplayer functionality or servers
- Disrupt other players’ gameplay experience
- Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or attempt to extract the game’s source code
Violation of these rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension from multiplayer features or the game itself.
3. VIRTUAL ITEMS AND IN-APP PURCHASES:
Guess The Number Pro may offer virtual digital items, including
- Gold Coins
- Premium Emoji Packs
- Other future premium content
All purchases are securely processed through the Google Play Billing System.
Virtual items:
- Have no real-world monetary value
- Cannot be exchanged for real money or physical goods
- Are non-transferable between accounts
Once digital items are successfully delivered to your account, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or Google Play policies.
4. ACCOUNT AND GAME DATA:
The game uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication to save progress and manage multiplayer features.
Your progress may include:
- Coins
- Wins
- Levels
- Premium purchases
- Multiplayer data
Because the game uses anonymous authentication, game progress may be lost if:
- You uninstall the app
- Clear app data
- Change devices without proper synchronization
We are not responsible for loss of progress caused by device issues, accidental deletion, or internet connectivity problems.
5. MULTIPLAYER SERVICES:
Multiplayer gameplay may require an active internet connection.
During multiplayer sessions, gameplay-related information such as guesses, room activity, and emojis may be synchronized in real time using Firebase services.
Players are expected to behave respectfully while using multiplayer features.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Guess The Number Pro is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
- The game will always be available
- The game will be error-free
- Multiplayer services will operate without interruptions
We are not liable for:
- Loss of virtual items
- Loss of progress
- Server downtime
- Internet-related issues
- Device compatibility problems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the game or multiplayer services at any time if a user violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in harmful activity.
